Description

THOROUGHBRED*-HT is a high-performance heat transfer fluid used in indirectly heated closed transfer systems where maximum bulk oil temperature is 320 °C. This product formulated from carefully selected highly refined mineral oils fortified with high temperature oxidation inhibitors. THOROUGHBRED-HT benefits from excellent thermal cracking stability and high specific thermal conductivity. High viscosity index combined with a low pour point offers excellent circulation during cold weather startups, eliminates heat from overheated pump motors, and protects against hot spots. It also is applicable for use in open heating system where bulk oil temperature doesn’t exceed 180 °C.
