- Contrary to the law of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the custom of society

- Any insult to the country's official religions, customs, ethnicities, accents, etc.
- Any political, social, or religious advertisement or news broadcasting that is beyond Aytan Market's goals.
- Any activities in the form of a pyramid company and activities contrary to the country's law
- Any types of competition and lottery (with or without prize)
- Advertisements for any products that would distribute violence and harm to others. Such as cool weapons or firearms and incendiary agents and the like
- Any products or services related to drugs, cigarettes, and the like
- Any services related to leasing offices and companies except for those with a legal permit.
- Disposition of any invoice or pro forma invoice for granting a loan, elimination of the employer's insurance share, and the like
- Trading human organs such as kidneys, etc.
- Trading animals, birds, reptiles, etc.
- Trading any illegal sports supplements
- Presence of incorrect words in terms of punctuation and composition

Terms and conditions for panel owners
- The producer commits to present the product features and necessary explanations, after-sales services, and other items on the website in the format and conditions Aytan Market announces.
- The supplier commits to ship the customers’ requested products without delay and on time. Otherwise, Aytan Market can, at its discretion, claim damages from delays in the implementation of obligations or deduct from their account, and in case of repetition, unilaterally terminate the contract and remove their personal panel.
- The suppliers commit and obligate to the rules of electronic trade and international export and business.
- The supplier commits to support the customer in the case of a defective product, and if proved, replace or remove the defect. If the supplier refuses to do so for any reason, Aytan Market could unilaterally terminate the cooperation with the supplier in the case of a proven fault.
- The supplier commits to avoid selling prohibited or harmful products, and guarantees that all the sold products are legal and would provide all these documents, if necessary, along with the sales invoice to Aytan Market or the competent legal authorities, and they will be responsible for responding to the customer or the competent legal authorities.
- The supplier commits that all the products provided on the site are priced correctly and legally and in line with the intellectual property law.
- The supplier commits to not insert any counterfeit goods on their site and personal panel, and in the case of any proven cases, Aytan Market could unilaterally terminate the agreement and delete the supplier's personal panel.
