Payment terms: 50% of the commercial invoice price must be prepaid after order validation and prior to production process; the remained 50% will be settled after products delivery to the named destination of delivery (required documents will be delivered to the purchasing party depending on the Incoterms)

Guarantee and warranty terms of raw liquid products: refined, pasteurized, without preservative substances, organically produced and processed leaves, and at least 4 months guaranteed expiry date which could last to 1 year (if the products proved to be spoiled before the delivery to purchasing party, then the warranty will be conducted)

Powder products: organically produced and processed leaves, at least 30 months guaranteed expiry date (if the products proved to be spoiled before the delivery to purchasing party, then the warranty will be conducted)
