Warranty conditions

• No more than two years being passed from the purchase date
• The instruction provides in the leaflet n how to use to single-phase and triple-phase electric motors must have been followed.
• Surge protector being installed in the path of the electric motor’s electricity input
• No damage due to severe power fluctuations, application of more than the nominal load mentioned in the specifications plate, incorrect connections, constantly application of less than 40% of the nominal load for permanent-capacitor and single-capacitor single-phase electric motors and single-phase or double-phase used on the triple-phase electric motors
• No water penetration into the electric motor or water pump in cooling products
• No use of the electric motor around flammables or harmful gases and vapors or in environments non-complying to the ingress protection (IP) specifications
• No use of the electric motor on vibrating support such as direct use in vibrator
• No damage to the electric motor due to improper transfer or maintenance negligence
• No tampering or unlocking the electric motor parts (except terminal doors and glands) by unauthorized people
• No serial distortion on the electric motor specification plate
