Description

BP-AF122 is a concrete with a right mixture design, desirable stone materials and suitable cement to water ratio which is partly impenetrable but seams, cracks and porosities that emerge during manufacturing and executing the concrete lead to reduction of its resistance against penetration of water and other solutions. Using suitable waterproof material without having undesirable effect on concrete, it gives the ability of repel water absorbing and relative insulation. BP122 additive makes hydrophobic group in porosities, hole and on the surface of concrete after being mixed with existing water and cement in the concrete which can cut the connection between fine ducts in the concrete and reduces the permeability.

In addition to being hydrophobic, it increases the resistance of concrete against invasion of sulfates and chemical solutions.
